CrossFit Open WOD 13.2.
The workout consisted of:
10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as you can do) of:
5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 inch
I completed 7 rounds and 15 reps for a total of 225 reps.
